The Hit Song Remix Contest is Upon Us! Now until September 10th, 2010 – you’ve got the chance to remix Hit Song, the second single off the Everything’s Game EP. Winner gets their track on the Philadelphia Slick Mixtape due out late Fall 2010 and more. A new EP? Indeed! Everything’s Game is Philadelphia Slick’s 3rd release, coinciding with the band’s 5th Anniversary Tour. The EP will be available for sale next week on the site, everywhere we tour, and itunes and other digital outlets in the coming weeks. Be sure to check out Slick’s tour dates as they head out to Vermont, Massachusetts, NYC, Baltimore, Pittsburgh, Ohio, and of course, Philly.
Shows starting again soon! We’ll be up in VT and MA in a couple of weeks – getting ready for the big tour in May. Hope you’ve been keeping up with the tourdates to the left – we’re adding fresh ones every few days. In the next few weeks, we’ll be unveiling new logos, merch, photos, and album covers – so stay tuned!
We’ve been in the lab recording. The new EP is going to be fantastic – six shiny new tracks no later than May 2010. Beats and Watson is also putting in work. Their debut album will be released this spring – its the first non-Philly Slick release on our Philadelphia Slick label! Both projects are certified hotness.
Now, on the tour front, a slight hitch – our Spring tour has been moved back a month May. Check out the dates to the left to stay up on where we’ll be playing. A big Philly show to be announced soon!
